Reed Koeber
Reed has lived in Christian Valley since 2018. He and his wife of 20 years, Rachael, are raising their five children—ages 8 to 16—in the community they love. A dedicated husband and father, Reed values family, service, and contributing to the place he calls home.
Reed holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Sacramento State University and is a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He has built a distinguished 22-year career with the Sacramento Area Sewer District, where he has gained extensive experience in public sewer infrastructure. Since 2013, he has specialized in new development, plan review, and project management, working closely with engineers, contractors, and local agencies to ensure high-quality, compliant, and community-focused improvements.
With extensive experience in infrastructure and project oversight, Reed contributes valuable technical insight to the Christian Valley Park Board. He is focused on supporting sound planning, efficient project management, and high-quality improvements that benefit current and future residents of Christian Valley.
