Water Rates:
There are three main fees on every quarterly water bill (every 3 months):
1. Service Fee (prepaid each quarter) $224.05
2. Capital Improvement Fee (prepaid each quarter) $48.90
3. Water Usage $1.68 per unit (one unit = 748 gallons)
